Inspiring students to take the next step.

In 2017, I led a digital recruitment campaign that helped more students discover and join our programs at Youth With a Mission. As part of a small but dedicated marketing team, I wrote the script for a promotional video, crafted a series of email drip campaigns and designed materials for our recruitment team to use at events. All this with the goal to share our story in authentic and engaging ways.

The result was a recruitment journey that felt personal and inspiring for prospective students—contributing to an average 105% increase in student enrollment per quarter from 2018–2019.
